Welcome to Spacious Skies French Pond Campground! We are happy to have you here and look forward to hosting you. To help make your stay at our campground as pleasant as possible for you and all other campers joining us, we ask that you please observe the following rules:


All guests and visitors must check-in at the main office upon arrival. A photo ID is required at time of registration, and all guests must agree to and sign a copy of these rules (e-signature is also acceptable).


  • 2pm for RV/Tent
  • 3pm for Cabins/Yurts/Safari Tents
  • If arriving after office hours, please call ahead to make arrangements


  • 11am for all site types
  • Quiet Hours are from 11:00pm – 8:00am.
  • All children 12 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their children or any children visiting them at the park.


Adults (18 and over):
  • $10 for day pass
  • $15 for overnight visitors
Children (6-17):
  • $8 for day pass
  • $12 for overnight visitors
  • No charge for children under the age of 5
  • Day visitors must leave the park by 10:00pm.
  • Guests of the park are responsible for the behavior of their visitors, and all visitors must adhere to the park rules at all times.


Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children

Extra person fees are as follows:
  • $5 per day, per adult
  • $3 per day, per child over the age of 5
  • Occupancy limit for RV sites is 7 people.
  • Cabins/yurts/safari tents: Occupancy limit varies by type (2-6 people).


  • The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH at all times.
  • All vehicles, including golf carts, must only be driven on roads.
  • Parking is permitted in designated parking areas or at your reserved site.
  • 1-2 vehicles are allowed at each site, depending on the size.
  • Vehicles cannot be parked in the grass or in common areas.
  • Management approval is required for special parking accommodations.
  • All vehicles, trailers and motorcycles must be registered and have current tags.
Golf Carts
  • Seasonals who purchase their own golf carts (electric only!) may use them to get around the campground.
  • Seasonals only may drive cart, and only if they have completed paper work from office with adequate insurance provided.
  • You must be a licensed driver to drive your golf cart anywhere in the campground.
  • Golf cart hours: 6:00 am – 11:00 pm
  • MUST have an operational headlight and taillight and site numbers on the front and back
  • SLOW and COURTEOUS driving is expected at all times. DO NOT drive through other people’s campsites, please use the designated roadways throughout the grounds.
  • Drinking of alcoholic beverages and driving will not be allowed in any vehicle.
  • MUST be registered in the state of New Hampshire
  • MUST wear a helmet while riding in the campground.  ATVs can be driven from site to trail but not around the campground.
  • Must have a copy of insurance (100K/300K minimum) in the office as well as have signed copy agreeing to the rules on file

Campers are allowed to use a golf cart or ATV/snowmobile on the Campground premises under the following terms:

  • Campers must provide a proof of Liability Insurance and auto ID card.
  • Only Campers with a valid driver’s license can operate golf carts/ATVs/snowmobiles on Campground property.
  • Manufacturer’s seating requirements must be followed.
  • Golf carts/ATVs/snowmobiles may not be driven after dark unless they are outfitted with working headlights and brake lights.
  • Golf carts/ATVs/snowmobiles may not be driven during quiet hours.
  • Only 1 golf cart per site is allowed. You may have up to 2 ATVs/snowmobiles per site.
  • All vehicles MUST fit in your space (cannot encroach on other spaces) and cannot be parked on roads or in visitor parking lots.


  • Please take your trash to the dumpsters located in the park.
  • All trash must be in trash bags and tied up.
  • Do not leave trash out at any time.


  • It is the registered party’s responsibility to keep their site clean and uncluttered at all times.
  • Guests must leave their site as they found it, and be sure to clean up all debris at their site before departing.
  • The state of each site is recorded prior to arrival and after departure. Fees related to damage done to property, including but not limited to environmental fees, may be charged to registered party if applicable.
  • Moving from site to site is prohibited unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
  • In case of emergency, management reserves the right to move vehicles or belongings without notice or liability.
  • Free standing refrigerators, freezers, or other household appliances are not permitted on sites.
  • Alcohol may be consumed in moderation at your site. Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
  • All RVs are required to have an approved sewer ring or sewer donut for sanitation purposes.
  • Campfires are allowed in designated fire pits / fire rings only.
  • No tents, canopies, festival tents, popups or temporary parking structures are permitted at your site. One screened in gazebo in good repair is allowed and must not obstruct another guest’s site.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any park building or common area. Cigarette butts must be disposed of immediately.
  • Firearms, bows and arrows, or fireworks are not permitted on the campground.


  • All guests and visitors of guests swim at their own risk.
  • There is no lifeguard on duty.
  • All minors MUST be accompanied by an adult in the swimming pool area.
  • All posted pool or lake rules must be followed at all times.
  • No glass containers are allowed in or around the pool or lake.
  • Alcohol may be consumed in moderation, please drink responsibly.
  • No pets allowed at pool, on beach, or in water.
  • If boating is offered, lifejackets must be worn at all times.


  • We allow up to 2 pets per site/lodging accommodation.
  • Pets are limited to cats and dogs, no wild or exotic animals are permitted.
Pet fees are as follows:
  • Cabins, Yurts and Safari Tents (Lodging Accommodations) = $25 per pet, per reservation
  • RV Sites = No fee
  • All pets must be well-behaved, unaggressive and current on their vaccinations (must be able to provide record of vaccinations).
  • Pets must be accompanied by their owner at all times.
  • Pets must always be on a leash.
  • Pets are not allowed in pools, lakes, or other natural bodies of water on the campground.
  • Please clean up after your pet – bag up and throw away dog waste in the trash bin upon occurrence.


Lodging Accommodations (Cabins, Yurts, Safari Tents):
  • Cancellations outside of 7 days of arrival will incur a 10% processing fee of total paid to-date.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit any deposit (no refund).
  • Early departures are still responsible for the entire balance of the reservation/full stay.
  • No shows are still responsible for the entire balance of the reservation/full stay.

RV Sites/Tent Sites:

  • Cancellations outside of 72 hours of arrival will incur a 10% processing fee of total paid to-date.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit any deposit (no refund).
  • Early departures are still responsible for the entire balance of the reservation/full stay.
  • No shows are still responsible for the entire balance of the reservation/full stay.

*We will not provide deposit refunds for any site type or accommodation for reservations on holidays or holiday weekends.*


  • All guests and their visitors use the park facilities at their own risk.
  • Owners and/or management are  not responsible for loss or damage of any property.
  • Owners and/or management assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to clientele and guests.
  • We reserve the right to evict any person(s) without refund for detrimental conduct.
  • Rules and regulations are subject to change.

Military & First Responder Discount

To show our appreciation for all active duty and retired military service men and women, EMT’s and First Responders, we offer a 10% discount. To apply the discount, please call the campground office to make your reservation with our staff.
*Offer not valid during holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Indigenous Peoples’ Day/Columbus Day). Cannot be combined with any other discounts. Must present valid ID at check-in.
